Laid off? On hard times? Can’t find a job? Come to the Theater!
Don’t stay home worrying...have a little fun, and culture too, for a fraction of the price.

In light of the economic crisis, The Jewish Theater of New York announces a new BENEFIT Program: Any theatergoer with a "BENEFIT" card (benefactors of Food Stamps and/or Medicaid) will get in for just $5.

Starting with our upcoming show, PRESS #93 FOR KOSHER JEWISH GIRLS IN KRAKOW, which opens January 17, we will waive the normal ticket price of $50 to any person showing up at the theater with a BENEFIT card. No reservation needed. PRESS #93 will have general seating and BENEFIT card holders will be able to choose their seats just like anybody else.

PRESS #93 FOR KOSHER JEWISH GIRLS IN KRAKOW is a modern play about smartphones in the ultra-Orthodox community and how rabbis use advanced technology to repress their followers’ most intimate thoughts and desires.

SHOW OPENS: January 17, 2010

LOCATION: The Kraine Theater, 85 E. Fourth St.

SCHEDULE: Sun at 3:00, Wed at 7:00. January 17 thru April 18.

Please note: No Performances Feb 21 thru March 10.

TICKET RESERVATION FOR NON-"BENEFIT" PATRONS:
$50.00 ($25.00 students with valid ID). Available online at www.JewishTheater.org, or call TheaterMania @ 212.352.3101.
